Hi!
The error message says explicitly that the process of archiving cannot open a new connection to NW to start archiving of Inventory IDs. Possibly, all available connections to P4 port are consumed. It would be good to check if any error is logged into defaultTrace log files at NW side.
BTW if this is a new installation, I wonder why not to use the latest release instead of this quite old 6.0.4.
