First off you need to know what SAP Release and SAP APPL you have. For example in SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 the information for France is included in the standart DART version. If you have a older EHP - EHP6 or older or a EHP 7 System with an APPL of 5 or less then you need to look at SAP Note 2155412. This shows all the notes for DART. This Note is closed at the moment so have a look at SAP Note 1933144. This has a lot of information concerning DART for France. If you go to SAP OSS and enter ( DART France ) you will get two sides listing the SAP Notes involved.
