I assume you know the mostimportant OSS note for SVT and I assume you have read Substance Volume Tracking using SAP EHS MANAGEMENT
,
a.) your run the RREGCH_FILL report. Please answer: why do you not run the "build"part?
b.) Using RREGCH_FILL you filled CCRCT_EHS_COMP. That is good news. For CRCT_EHS_REG you have no data. Did you expect to get data here? (you have done some customiozing etc.)
c.) Without knowing the customizing etc. set up, data you have used nobody csan help you and decide why is CCRCT_PU and CCRCT_SO empty

So you can see. You are not "alone" in the SVT world
PLease explain: why do you use "TSCA12B" list? (this is "potentiyll" a "complex" list (demand)
Can you explain your statement "We are implementing the standard EH&S functionality without the REACH/SVT plug in." better. I do not get your story here. SVT is not "only" designed to support REACH etc.
PLease confirm:
1.) you have read the OSS note for SVT and you understand it
2.) If somebody shiould help you must show customizing set up done and master data used
