Anti Virus configuration for SAP Sourcing 10 SP07

Hi Team,

We have to configure antivirus SAP Sourcing 10 SP07. We are using SAP Netweaver 731 SP08. I have checked 2036784 - How to check if Virus Scanning is properly setup in SAP Sourcing  and 817623 - Frequent questions about VSI in SAP applications but not clear on this.

Can somebody please help with below ones

1) Is VSI configuration mandatory to get it worked on CLM side ?

2) We are using Bowbridge (ICAP). So is it mandatory to include/update the Symantec jar file during SCA generation and deploy that on Netweaver?

If Yes then from where we will get the jar file?
